• Health Integrations (Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect): With your explicit consent, we may collect and sync data from partner health platforms to enrich your progress charts. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your operating system settings.

• Community Content: We collect information from your FITTA community feed, including posts, photos, comments, and reactions shared with other users.

• Device Information: We automatically collect technical data from your smartphone, such as hardware model, operating system version, IP address, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve FITTA application features.

• To personalize your experience and calculate target calories, macros, and workouts tailored to your profile.

• To sync data from wearables and authorized health platforms.

• To facilitate interaction and sharing of posts and achievements within the social feed.

FITTA values your privacy. We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only in the following scenarios:

• In the FITTA Community: Posts, meals, and workouts you choose to share publicly or with your followers will be visible to other users according to your privacy settings.

• Service Providers: We share strictly necessary data with infrastructure partners (such as cloud hosting, database providers, and operational messaging services) that process information under strict confidentiality terms.

• Legal Compliance: We will disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the legal rights of the platform and third parties.
