Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use FITTA.

You are responsible for your account and for what happens in it. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account.

2. Important health notice

FITTA is a tool for logging and tracking workouts, nutrition and progress. We do not provide diagnoses or medical or nutritional prescriptions.

Calories, macros, body composition (Body Scan), goals, recovery scores and the plans, recipes and answers generated by FITTA are informational estimates.

Consult a doctor, nutritionist or fitness professional before starting or changing workouts, diets, fasting or weight goals, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

3. Community content — zero tolerance

You are responsible for what you publish (posts, comments, stories, live streams, clubs, messages). We have zero tolerance for abusive content or behavior.

The following are prohibited: harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech; nudity or sexual content; graphic violence; content involving minors in an inappropriate way; encouragement of self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous training and dieting practices; sale of illegal substances or anabolic steroids; spam, scams and unauthorized advertising; infringement of third-party rights.

Every post, comment, story, live stream, profile, club and message can be reported through the "…" menu, and any user can be blocked. Someone you have blocked can no longer see your content or contact you.

We automatically filter inappropriate images before publication and review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. FITTA PRO subscription

PRO features are sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The price, the period and any trial period are shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in the store's subscription settings.

Refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

5. Features generated by FITTA

Plans, recipes, substitutions, meal analyses and FITTA Coach answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them before following them and use your own judgment.

Some of these features are processed with technology partners, only after your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

FITTA, its brand, design, code and proprietary content belong to us. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.

You remain the owner of what you publish and give us permission to display that content in the Service according to your privacy settings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including injuries or health problems resulting from workouts and diets carried out without professional supervision.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, with the updated date at the top of this page.
