• All application content and calculations (target calories, macronutrient splits, exercise logs) are general approximate estimates and for informational purposes only.

• You must consult a doctor, nutritionist, or qualified fitness trainer before starting any workout program, diet plan, or health habit change.

• Use of FITTA’s information and features is at your own risk. FITTA is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from routines executed.

4. User Conduct and Content

Our Services allow you to share posts, photos, exercise logs, and interact in the FITTA community feed.

You are responsible for your content and agree not to upload content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive.

• Promotes workout or diet practices known to be harmful to health.

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.

• Contains unauthorized advertising or spam of any kind.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts violating these conduct rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights regarding the design, source code, layout, trademarks, logos, images, and functionalities of FITTA belong exclusively to us.

Using the application grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FITTA and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including health issues or data loss.
